The ADHD Mompreneur - ADHD Coaching

Mom business owners have amazing ideas and unmatched passion to realize their dreams.

ADHD mom entrepreneurs face unique challenges when it comes to focusing on what you NEED to do to make your business thrive AND prioritizing the necessary tasks to make your big ideas a reality

You know, before your next big idea comes along.

Deciding the right thing to do and when to do it can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and downright impossible with our executive function challenges.

My coaching programs fill the gap that neurotypical business coaching programs often overlook.

Each week, we work together to set well-defined goals, prioritize your task list, organize your daily flow, follow up on task commitments, and start crossing necessary tasks off your to-do list.

My coaching programs are for every ADHD mompreneur with an awesome concept who is ready to take action and needs consistent support to take their ideas from thought to reality.

It took me over a decade to finally seek my ADHD diagnosis and it was life changing.

It helped me understand that my ADHD executive function needed consistent, external support to stay on track...it was not a lack of effort.

It helped me understand why I struggled to make progress on my goals...they were too big and needed more definition.

It helped me understand why projects hung around on my to-do list for days, weeks, even months...I needed tasks in manageable chunks so I would actually start and complete them.

And I want the same thing for you! Here's to supporting you in finally finishing what you know you're capable of!
